Below, you will find some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have a product question, you can ask directly on the product page. (The answers can be seen directly on the product pages or from within your account) If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We endeavour to have deliveries to you within 1 working day if ordered by 3pm. If orders are placed later than this, please allow 1 working day.
We will accept returns, however there may be a restocking charge subject to the product. If the goods are damaged we would need to send the goods to the manufacturers for assessment.
If there is an item you wish to purchase which we don’t have on the website, simply let us know and we will order it in especially for you. We love to go the extra mile.
We can send a text from the courier to track the order.
