Below, you will find some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have a product question, you can ask directly on the product page. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several forms of payment including Visa, Visa Electron, PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard or Cash on Delivery.
Can I apply for a credit account?

How long does shipping take?

We endeavour to have deliveries to you within 1 working day if ordered by 3pm. If orders are placed later than this, please allow 1 working day.

What is your returns policy?

We will accept returns, however there may be a restocking charge subject to the product. If the goods are damaged we would need to send the goods to the manufacturers for assessment.

What if a product I want isn't on the website?

If there is an item you wish to purchase which we don’t have on the website, simply let us know and we will order it in especially for you. We love to go the extra mile.

Do you provide vat invoices?
Once your order has been completed, you can access your invoices from within your account. We will also email you a PDF invoice at the same time.
Can I track my order?

We can send a text from the courier to track the order.

Do you share my data with others?

At ESCCO, data privacy is of paramount importance. We will never share your data with any other 3rd party companies or individuals.
